In Bangladesh, Acted started its activities in 2017 in order to respond to the Rohingya Refugee Crisis in the sectors of Site Management, Natural Resource Management, Community Protection, Information Management, Drain Monitoring & Intervention, SuLMER, Emergency Preparedness Response and CDCS in the Camps of the Kutupalong-Balukhali Expansion Site, Cox’s Bazar. |

Key roles and responsibilities |
Service Continuity Management
- Coverage Support
- Provide operational coverage during staff leave or absences
- Maintain full desk functionality during transition periods
- Ensure consistent application of procedures across locations
- Support smooth handover processes
- Peak Period Management
- Provide additional support during high-volume periods
- Help manage backlog reduction when needed
- Support special initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in emergency response situations
Quality Monitoring and Improvement
- Monitoring and Assessment
- Conduct regular quality monitoring visits to all CFM desks
- Assess compliance with established procedures and standards
- Review case management practices and documentation
- Identify areas for improvement and best practices
- Standards Implementation
- Ensure consistent application of CFM procedures across locations
- Monitor compliance with protection mainstreaming principles
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Document and share best practices
Training and Capacity Building
- Training Support
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs
- Provide on-the-job coaching to staff and volunteers
- Support new staff orientation and onboarding
- Develop and update training materials
- Knowledge Management
- Document lessons learned and best practices
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between locations
- Support development of standard operating procedures
- Maintain training records and documentation
Technical Support and Coordination
- System Support
- Provide technical support for CAIPP and other systems
- Support data quality assurance processes
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Support implementation of system updates
- Cross-Location Coordination
- Facilitate communication between CFM teams
- Support standardization of practices
- Coordinate inter-camp referrals
- Support joint initiatives and activities
Reporting and Documentation
- Quality Assurance Documentation
- Prepare monitoring visit reports
- Document identified gaps and recommendations
- Track implementation of improvements
- Maintain monitoring and evaluation records
- Performance Reporting
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports
- Document coverage activities and outcomes
- Track training and capacity building activities
- Report on quality improvement initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide timely progress updates and flag challenges to supervisors.
- Implement innovative, context-specific solutions to CFM challenges while adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Required qualifications and technical expertise |
The candidate must have the following educational degree ;
- Master's degree in social sciences, development studies, or related field with Minimum 4 years of experience in humanitarian operations and at least 1 year in senior accountability or protection roles
- Advanced certification in humanitarian affairs or protection

- Excellent training and facilitation skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Strong Leadership, people management, coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English and Bangla; knowledge of Rohingya language is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data collection tools
- Experience with CAIPP and similar systems
- Previous experience working in humanitarian contexts, preferably in refugee settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in refugee camp settings and spending majority of time in the field
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment
