Acted Bangladesh, implementing multiple projects funded by various donors, invites eligible suppliers to submit offers for one or all lots of the following construction materials, tools, and equipment:

The tender will be conducted using Acted standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 25/03/2025 at 11:00am in Acted Bangladesh representative office in Cox’s Bazar, White House, 4th floor, Bypass Road (in front of Police Line),  Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. Participation of interested bidders in the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before 02/04/2025 at 05:00pm at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to bangladesh.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

Acted will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Acted.

A tender opening session will take place on 03/04/2024 at 10:00 am in the Acted representative office in Cox’s Bazar, White House, 4th floor, Bypass Road (in front of Police Line), Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.
