Position: Senior Manager/Manager - SBMD (Veterinary)

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate Brand Strategy and ensure its implementation for achieving company goals.
  • Create Business opportunities for the company by identifying and launching of new molecules and import different veterinary products for Marketing.
  • Develop strategy & implement marketing plan to action plan.
  • Develop annual promotion plan of assigned products and facilitate in the allocation of promotional items as per plan to establish or enhance brand loyalty in the local market.
  • Lead and supervise the team of SBMD Veterinary effectively and monitor their assigned tasks.
  • Conduct training of Field Personnel on new and existing products.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • DVM/ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm from reputed University.

Additional Requirements

  • Age Limit: 40 years (Age can be relaxed for more experienced and qualified candidates)
  • Experience Requirements: 8-10 Years
  • Working experience in Product Management (Veterinary) of Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) & strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem solving skills with ability to work independently under strictest deadline are required.
  • Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is required.
  • The incumbent should be pro-active to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
