Post: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive-Corporate Legal

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

  • LL.M from any reputed University.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience will be required. Membership with Bar Council will be preferable.
  • The incumbent should have excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures and the ability to interpret, analyze and apply the State laws, court rules, and regulations.
  • Follow up on litigation issues (handling case files, maintaining case status and relevant issues) and coordinate with the panel lawyers to assure they represent the company’s best interest.
  • Vetting of title/land documents & drafting of charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, MoU, TPA etc.) and drafting Legal notice, call back, and other necessary letters/notices.
  • The incumbent should work closely with other departments within the company on various legal issues.
  • The incumbent should be well conversant in written & verbal communication both in English as well as Bangla.
  • The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Age limit is up to 35 (thirty-five) years.
