Post: Assistant Manager-Finance & Accounts (Collection Monitoring)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the overall activities of Sales collection and depot deposits thereon from the Head office to ensure better cash flow monitoring
- Ensure monthly sales and trade receivable reconciliation to ensure proper financial monitoring.
- Analyze person wise sales, collection & outstanding position and reconciliation to ensure better sales and collection monitoring.
- Ensure daily reconciliation between CM and Bank statement to prevent any anomalies.
- Monitoring inventory movement from Factory to all depot via Central Sales Center to ensure better inventory management support.
- Ensure proper recording of payment related vouchers (i.e. AIT, advance, cash incentive & others) etc. to ensure proper documentation.
- Perform monthly accounts settlement with all sales centers to validate all the transactions are made properly to prevent any misappropriation.
- Proper checking of all online deposits to ensure if they are credited accurately in bank to avoid any embezzlement.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- MBA/M.Com/Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university.
- 5-7 years professional work experience will be required. Any kind of proven professional certification relevant to Finance & Accounts will get preference.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, in depth understanding of accounting principles and theory, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy such as word processing, spreadsheets and ability to produce statistical information will be desired.
- Age limit 40 (forty) years. But it may be relaxed for qualified candidates.
