Being a leading and diversified local conglomerate in the pharmaceutical industry, The ACME Laboratories Ltd. is going to expand its existing local and international market furthermore. Now we are looking for some enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, qualified and highly competent individuals who will work under the Microbiology unit at our Plant.

Position: Executive – Microbiology

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological tests (sterility, endotoxin, microbial limit test, bio-assay, preservation efficiency test, isolation and identification of pathogenic microorganism etc.)
• Perform the operational evaluation of microbiological status of air, water (potable, purified, water for injection) supplied in manufacturing areas.
• Perform routine sampling of the raw material, packaging material & finished goods for test.
• Prepare and manage multiple projects, including document (SOP)/ protocol preparation, testing, report generation, analytical method development, environmental monitoring & report, statistical data analysis, and management and resources.
• Ensure that the appropriate validations are done for all testing equipment.
• Perform & execute validation activities related to microbiology.
• Work cross functionally to ensure department is delivering assignments on time.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• The incumbent should be Bachelors/Masters in Microbiology with excellent academic record from reputed universities.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.    
• The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The candidate should have effective oral and written communication capability both in English and Bangla.
• The candidate should have sound knowledge in MS office Package.
• Age limit is not above 30 (thirty) years.
