Tetley ACI (Bangladesh) Limited is a Joint Venture business between ACI & Tata Global Beverages. Tetley produces one of the finest qualities Tea in various pack sizes, both in laminated pack and tea bags. Tetley tea has become a household name for consumers in Bangladesh.

We are looking for committed & performance driven candidate in the following position:

Major Job Responsibilities

• Deliver raw tea as per budgeted blended cost plan
• Improve buying & blending process in partnership with global TBB team
• Oversee quality control process and deliver product compliance requirement
• Implement agreed margin- improvement projects within the function
• Create new blend for existing brands and pipeline of new products
• Manage consumer complaints and support sales and marketing team

We Require

• Minimum 15 years experience in tea business (Brokerage/ packaged)
• Experience of applying tasting framework with blending of at least 05 years
• Proven knowledge of tea manufacturing and network across tea value chain
• Experience of developing a tea buying/ blending function in a consumer oriented environment
• Graduate with membership or certifications issued by key tea stakeholders
