Product Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager

for Vaccine, Poultry & Cattle Portfolio

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, market penetration, and business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and product segments, and drive product differentiation strategies to strengthen ACI Animal Health's market positioning.
  • Design and execute innovative product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing collaterals aligned with global best practices and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research and utilize data analytics to assess customer needs, competitor activities, product performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate field visits, gather market insights, and strengthen relationships with veterinarians, farmers, and distributors.
  • Oversee supply chain activities to ensure product availability, efficient distribution, and logistics coordination.
  • Train, mentor, and support the field force with sales tools, technical knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Implement CRM strategies and organize technical seminars, webinars, and stakeholder engagement programs to enhance market influence.
  • Define pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
We Require
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from any UGC recognized university.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the Animal Health industry, covering marketing, product management, market research, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Extraordinary communication skill.
  • Mentality to travel frequently.
