The International Business Development Manager will unlock high-potential mar-kets in the Middle East & Africa by designing market entry strategies and forging strong distributor, retailer, and government partnerships. By driving scalable growth across FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Retail, this role will strengthen ACI's global presence and position Bangladesh-origin products as trusted international brands.

International Business Development Lead

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Market Expansion Strategy:

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new territories across MEA and beyond.

Strategic Partnership:

  • Negotiate, structure, and close high-value agreements with distributors, retailers, and government procurement bodies.

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Lead and collaborate with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to accelerate market penetration.

Market Intelligence:

  • Identify emerging trends, white-space opportunities, and competitor movements through data-driven insights.

Market Entry & Growth:

  • Develop and implement tailored entry and growth plans while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and standards.

Brand Positioning:

  • Strengthen ACI's international brand equity by designing market-specific communication and promotional strategies.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive multi-million-dollar export pipeline creation with measurable ROI and long-term profitability.

National Branding:

  • Champion "Bangladesh-origin" products as globally competitive brands in international markets.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling products or services in multiple international markets.
  • Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, market analysis, and cross-border distribution models.
  • Experience managing distributor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Financial acumen to build and manage market entry budgets and P&L impact.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
