- Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven success in launching and scaling products or services in multiple international markets.
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, market analysis, and cross-border distribution models.
- Experience managing distributor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Financial acumen to build and manage market entry budgets and P&L impact.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
