    1. Incubate and scale new businesses building the next generation of revenue streams and enhancing existing eco-systems for ACI.
    2. Orchestrate group strategy ensuring clarity, focus, and disciplined execution across all business units.
    3. Support the Group MD in strategic communications and partner coordination - helping design decks, coordinate meetings, and organize events with key stakeholders.

This is not strategy as usual. This is strategy plus creation plus orchestration. This is a builder's role. You will have the mandate to dream, design, and launch new ventures while working directly with the Group Managing Director and President EMEA to align strategy, execution, and partner communications.

We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Corporate Department:
Head of Group Incubation & Strategy

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

Incubation & New Revenue Creation

  • Lead ACI's incubation agenda, turning bold ideas into viable businesses.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new revenue streams for the group.
  • Partner with startups, entrepreneurs, and global innovators to bring disruptive ideas into ACI.
  • Design and run business experiments, from concept to pilot to scale.
  • Create investment cases for new ventures and secure leadership alignment.
  • Position ACI as a partner of choice for innovation in Bangladesh.

Group Strategy Orchestration

  • Partner directly with the Group MD and President EMEA to define and refine ACI's group-wide strategy.
  • Participate in annual and quarterly budget meetings, capturing key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps across businesses.
  • Monitor delivery of strategic initiatives, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Build a consistent, group-wide narrative of strategy that drives alignment across leadership.

Strategic Communications & Partner Coordination

  • Support the Group MD in creating strategic slide decks for partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate partner meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and briefings with external stakeholders to represent ACI professionally.
  • Ensure communication and coordination between businesses, partners, and leadership teams is seamless.

Influence & Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to business heads on growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across businesses, ensuring synergies are captured and silos broken.
  • Bring a global perspective to ACI's local challenges, drawing from best practices in agriculture, FMCG, retail, and healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, ventures, or innovation ideally across agriculture, FMCG, healthcare, retail, mobility, or technology.
  • Experience in investment banking, venture capital, or building startups will be a strong differentiator
  • A track record of incubating or scaling new businesses (startup, corporate venture, or business unit).
  • Experience in strategic communications, partner coordination, or event orchestration preferred.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, able to build and challenge investment cases.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for boards, teams, and partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Balance of bold vision and disciplined execution.
