- Analyze cost structure and track the costs and generate insights to have better control on Cost Management.
- Develop financial models to support product launches, capacity expansion, R&D investments, and margin improvement projects.
- Track ROI of promotional campaigns and field force productivity.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence reviews to assess strategic positioning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Monitor key metrics such as gross margin, EBITDA, operating leverage, and product/category-level profitability.
- Provide financial input on inventory management, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support audits, statutory reporting, and internal controls related to the Pharmaceutical business.
