Assistant Product Manager (ACI Premio Plastics)
Job Responsibilities
- To gather market intelligence by developing an effective channel through network, sources and reports
- To assist the business to do the followings:
- Analyse the performance of different products/categories & circulate to concern stakeholders;
- Prepare the monthly business presentation & management reports;
- Prepare the yearly sales budgets for assigned products/categories;
- Ensure the top line and average business GP for assigned products.
- To prepare and monitor marketing/promotional plans & keep update about competitors’ prices and strategies.
- To execute and monitor planned marketing activities (ATL, BTL, TTL, Outdoor & Consumer Promotion)
- To prepare monthly report on the assigned products, explaining variance over budget & competitors activities.
- To visit market to assess the performance of ACI as well as the competitors & formulate strategies as required.
- To be on lookout for new business development opportunities and negotiate to get their distribution channel.
- To analyze competitors strategies, market situations and trends in order to modify our strategies.
- To develop cost effective and creative packaging materials of assigned products and evaluate performance.
- To generate innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirements.
We Require
- Minimum Graduation from reputed Public/Private Universities (Preferably BBA/MBA in Marketing).
- At least 4 years experience in relevant field.
- Preferably work experience in FMCG, Electronics, Mobile Manufacturing Industry.
