Cluster Organizer

for ACI DFCD Shrimp Project
Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize farmer development training session and ensure superior farmers’ assistance service through regular field visit.
  • Actively participate in contract farming cluster formation.
  • Lead, manage, develop and assess Field Assistants.
  • Plan and achieve production target through Field team.
  • Arrange meeting with field force as per business requirement.
  • Responsible for providing one stop technical support for every cluster.
  • Visit and record the daily activities of each cluster and assist in farmers complain handling and report to appropriate management.

We Require:

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline.
  • Candidate with shrimp cluster (contract farming) management experiences will get preference.
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
