Senior Executive, Sales Planning

Job Responsibilities

  • Collecting sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
  • Proactively addressing intricate sales enhancement issues that have a potential impact
  • Assisting management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
  • Analyzing business operation to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes
  • Conducting research on marketing trends and issues, analyze current sales strategies and make recommendations
  • Developing models and reporting structure that identify cost (by function, process, and fixed variable) per unit (store, order, script other), and identify a baseline for action
  • Analyzing, evaluating and assessing pricing proposals, analyze and evaluate competitor marketing trends, forecast and project future sales for a business unit
  • Preparing reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to Supervisor
  • Interpreting and translating data into valuable information effective for information analysis purpose

We Require

  • Minimum graduation in Accounting
  • Minimum 02 years experience in sales planning
  • Analytical ability and detail-orientation
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint efficiently
  • Creative thinking to develop new sales techniques
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical information in an easily understood manner
  • Capability to translate financial and mathematical jargon into explanatory purposes
