• Supervise all activities of Engineering Team as Engineering In-charge.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repairing of machineries and attain optimum plant efficiency.
• Ensure availability of all sort of spare parts for relevant manufacturing unit and follow up with concerned department to ensure optimum stock.
• Lead project activities, providing strategic guidance to the project team and overseeing office operations. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives to achieve results.
• Develop and implement annual work plans and budgets that reflect priorities of production and maintenance needs which to be aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee regular data collection, necessary preventive maintenance to avoid unwanted breakdown and corrective maintenance for breakdowns and reporting to superior as well.
• Minimize downtime of machineries and equipment of the whole ACI Formulations Factory.
• Arrange in house training of employees of engineering department about different value-added topics.
• To efficiently manage REB and of captive power utilization to optimize power consumption and cost control.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and to ensure implementation of risk management/mitigation plans.
