Job Responsibilities: |
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Report on regional sales results and monitor all promotional activities
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Overall responsibility to achieve given monthly / quarterly / annual sales target of the regions
- Accelerate action plan to identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity
- Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building strong network in the segment of dealers.
- Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

We Require:
- BSc in Agriculture/Minimum Graduation with 10 years relevant field experience
- Minimum 5-7 years practical experience in sales related activities preferably in seed/similar industry
- Good and effective understanding about market penetration
- Excellent knowledge about field sales operation
- Ability to build relationships, coach & manage processes
- Articulate both in Bangla & English
- Ability to manage people & team
- Positive mentality to work with any level of people
- Good understanding on agricultural sales profession
- Flexibility to work at any region
- Willingness to travel extensively
