ACI Motors was launched in 2007, to propagate a systemic change in the agricultural sector through increased mechanization of the agricultural process. To fulfill this vision, ACI Motors is striving to provide “Complete Farm Mechanization Solution” to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machineries - Tractor, Power tiller, Reaper, Mini Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter etc. covering the full cycle from land preparation and cultivation to crop preservation. ACI Motors is looking for competent candidates in the following position:



  • Prepare annual budget according to different segment of products.
  • Prepare marketing & branding plan considering product pricing & positioning strategies.
  • Monitor cash flow, sales trend and P&L statement.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering & factory teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product launching, field demonstration, engaging & promotional events.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.


  • BBA/MBA from reputed university.
  • Proven work experience in product management.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Minimum 04 years of experience in similar role/position
