Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper controls are in place and monitor compliance with the Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial reporting process.
  • Overseas all over the financial activities of the company.
  • Providing financial and accounting team leadership, guidance, and management.
  • Monitoring and managing the Finance Associates to ensure daily accounting work.
  • Managing the financial planning and budgeting procedures, as well as managing the creation of all financial reporting, Such as BSEC, BSE, CSE, and CDBL.
  • Understand taxation policy and tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
  • Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
  • Designing, implementing, controlling and supervising all types of finance, accounts & costing matters complaining regulatory policies-procedures.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements periodically (monthly, quarterly, Half yearly, yearly)
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts;
  • Arranging Board meeting and drafting the notice, agenda, memo, minutes, extract of the board resolution etc.
  • Ensuring  RJSC related works such as  directors’ share transfer, change of directorship/adaption of new director etc.;
  • Prepare various returns such as annual return, return of allotment, particular of directors (PD) etc. to the RJSC;

  • Skills Required: Banks & Financial, Finance Management, Financial Planning

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Stock brokerage house, Bank or any Financial Institution, Merchant Bank

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Male & Female both are allowed to apply
  • Analyze financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, professional relationship with banks and financial institutions and BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL.
