Job Title: Territory Sales Manager- TSM

Position Summary: The Territory Manager is a critical field-based sales role responsible for driving volume, revenue, and market share growth for Coca-Cola brands within an assigned geographical territory in Bangladesh. This role acts as a vital link between Abdul Monem Ltd. and its vast network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The Territory Manager will be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of FMCG sales and distribution dynamics in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Distribution Management: Expand and strengthen the distribution network by appointing new distributors and retailers, ensuring efficient product availability.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision- making.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team (PSR), ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure effective product merchandising and visibility at retail outlets, maximizing brand presence and sales.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute local promotional activities to drive product sales and brand awareness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points, ensuring adequate product availability and minimizing stockouts.
- Credit Management: Oversee credit management within the assigned area, ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 02-05 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
