Job Summary:
The Manager - Plant HR, Admin, Security & Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management of human resources, administration, security, and compliance functions within the beverage production plant. This position ensures the efficient and effective operation of the plant by fostering a positive work environment, maintaining stringent security protocols, adhering to all regulatory requirements, and providing seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for all plant-level positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified personnel.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, facilitating fair and timely resolutions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal system, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Identify and address performance gaps through training and development initiatives.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop and deliver relevant training programs.
- Support employee development and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer the plant's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records.
- Labor Law Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Attendance and leave management.
Administration:
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the plant, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Logistics and Travel:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for plant personnel.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized administrative records and files.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and employees.
- Asset Management:
- maintain and track company assets.
Security:
- Security Protocols:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and information.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments.
- Security Personnel Management:
- Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped
- Access Control:
- Implement and manage access control systems to restrict unauthorized access.
- Emergency Response:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for various potential security threats and incidents
- Surveillance:
- Oversee CCTV and other security monitoring systems.
- Incident Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
Compliance:
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation.
- Audit Management:
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.
- EHS Compliance:
- Work in conjunction with the EHS department to ensure all EHS related compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, administration, security, and compliance, preferably within a manufacturing or beverage industry setting.
