Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• 2–3 years of sales experience in Agro products preferably in fertilizer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with rural markets and agricultural cycles.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

Responsibilities & Context

• Promote and sell products, and other agro inputs.
• Visit farms/field agro-stores, and markets to build relationships and drive sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on proper usage.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities, Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with key potential clients and govt. agencies.
• Provide technical support and delivery presentations/ training sessions to clients/farmers
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to refine and optimize the strategy.
• Ensure timely reporting , updates and sales forecasting.
• Prepare annual budget for marketing campaign.
• Strong technical knowledge in fertilizer  production process.
• Self-motivate with the ability to work independently and travel regularly.
