Responsibilities & Context

  • Applicants should have prior working experience in the hotel and resort, along with a graduate degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field. Most highly, their educational background should align with the requirements of the role.
  • It is essential to foster the right mindset from the very beginning, proactively taking the lead in establishing and developing each department—essence like a pre-opening team member. A strong command of computer operations across all formats & proficiency in PMS, along with communication skills. Additionally, a well-groomed sense of hospitality is expected to ensure excellence in service and teamwork.
  • Fully committed to working extra hours, regardless of duty schedule, including weekends and government holidays, to effectively handle any emergency situations.
  • Supervise Guest on arrival and departure.
  • Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  • Ensure vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Ensure cleaning and stocking restrooms.
  • Ensure cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
  • Assisting guests when necessary.
  • Keeping the linen room stocked.
  • Ensure properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
  • Training to subordinate staff
  • Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Must be guest service focused and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
  • Professional in demeanour and presentation.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
