Position: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, Business Development |
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for business development initiatives
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee resource allocation and manage project constraints to maintain efficiency and quality
- Contribute to the development and execution of Aarong’s strategic growth plans
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies
- Support the integration of sub-brand strategies with Aarong’s overall vision
- Establish metrics to evaluate project performance and impact
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership
- Ensure lessons learned from completed projects are documented and applied to future initiatives
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Qualifications: |
|
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field
- A Diploma/Certification course/ MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage
Experience:
- For manager position: 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within business development or a related field.
- For senior manager position: 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
