Position: Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager, Food & Beverage |
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and oversee daily food and beverage (Café) operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe processes for exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of food and beverage supplies
- Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve the service and product offerings
- Implement and uphold quality management systems to achieve the highest standards of food
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Assist in the development and management of the cafe sales budget, ensuring financial targets are met, including cost control and profit margins
- Collaborate with chefs to design innovative menus that cater to customer preferences and seasonal trends
- Regularly review and update menu offerings to maintain relevance and profitability
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Qualifications: |

Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in financial management and cost control.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
