Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve the department's sales target
• Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company set standard
• Handle customer complaints/ queries and solve them according to company guidelines
• Track inventory and ensure proper display at the assigned departments as per visual merchandising requirements
• Maintain a high standard of service quality by following the standard Point of Sales (POS) operating process
• Execute any other additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Education:

• Ongoing university students (Bachelors/Masters) from any reputed university

Other Requirements:

• Must have National Identity Card (NID)
• Age 18 to 26 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Good communication skills in Bengali & English
• Able to perform multi-task with a problem-solving approach
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous work experience is not required
