  Position: Manager, Rewards, Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reward, recognition, and benefits strategies in alignment with market compensation trends and corporate objectives to implement sector specific benchmarking for competitiveness
  • Lead the annual performance management process and manage end to end annual review cycle
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions
  • Leveraging technology for continuous improvement in payroll processing applications
  • Provide detailed analysis of rewards and compensation for reporting as well as identifying trends in data and making recommendations as appropriate
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as required to support alignment within the broader aspects of compensation and benefits

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  Qualifications:  

Education:

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), preferably in Human Resource Management from any reputed university

Experience:

  • 6-7 years of experience in relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make logical, well-balanced, and reasoned decisions
  • Ability to plan and execute strategic goals
  • Willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced work culture
  • Excellent organizational, team building and time management skills
