  Position: Sr. Officer/ Officer, HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and complete joining process for new joiners
  • Conduct reference check and collect all the required documents of new joiners for maintaining personal files
  • Oversee the employee confirmation process, issue confirmation letters and handover the letter to concerned person
  • Ensure the transfer management process, maintaining proper procedure and guidelines
  • Assist to arrange employee engagement programs and actively participate whenever required
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Address employee queries on issues related to Human Resource Policy and procedure (HRPP) by conducting refresher programs
  • Provide technical assistance and serves as the initial contact person for leave requests and queries from all Aarong and Ayesha Abed Foundation employees
  • Review and verify special leave applications such as maternity leave, paternity leave, medical leave etc. as per company policy to assure accurate and timely employee attendance
  • Ensure employee mobile SIM management and process employee health & life insurance as per policy
  • Place requisition for employee ID card & visiting card and ensure proper distribution of those
  Qualifications:  

Education:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (preferably in HRM) from any reputed university

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adept at working with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills
