Position: Manager/ Senior Manager, Learning and Development, Human Resources |
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Support organisational change through the development of targeted learning interventions
- Organize and anchor the New Joiner Orientation program to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joinees
- Manage the succession planning process to ensure we have identified successors and risk mitigation plans in place across the organisation.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies
- Design and produce training materials, including e-learning courses
- Assess the effectiveness of the development plans and modifies where necessary
- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers

Qualifications: |
|
Education Requirements:
- A Graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong track record of motivating and developing a team of L&D professionals
- Proven self-starter with the ability to create and implement a vision
- Proven ability across all aspects of the learning cycle, with strong experience in the development and implementation of career journeys, competency frameworks and other organisational development interventions
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning interventions which have had a measurable impact on business results;
- Coaching, mentoring and feedback skills.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
