Job Responsibilities:

• Procure required goods and services with the right quality and price
  
• Enlist new sources/ vendors to minimize procurement risk
  
• Comply with procurement policy and maintain the ethical standard of procurement
  
• Maintain lead time to support the delivery of the project as per process
  
• Ensure on-time adjustment of IOU/ advance payment
  
• Ensure on-time payment to the vendors
  
• Monitor and pursue the pending works of the team and drive accordingly
  
• Prepare reports as per requirements. Maintain transparency of information and vendor selection process
  
• Provide one to one feedback with team members on regular work to reduce setbacks & point out the learning from experience

Education:

• A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from any reputed university

Experience:

• 5 years of work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management
  
• Excellent knowledge of vendor sourcing and development, local & international procurement procedure, modern supply chain management, procurement software, and procurement life cycle
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, and analytical ability
