Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the overall quality of the herbal product materials of in-process and finished products
• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure the right products at the right time and right place
• Design and implement efficient quality processes and inspection systems
• Visit producer factories regularly to determine the need for corrective actions in the manufacturing processes to meet quality standards
• Analyze lab test reports of the factories and ensure the quality of the raw materials
• Identify the root causes of the problems and take immediate corrective actions to solve the problems
• Manage records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Develop a team to ensure the quality of herbal products

Education:

• A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Chemistry/Microbiology) from any reputed university

Experience:

• 2-4 years of work experience in herbal product quality control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of herbal products, product safety, production process, the quality control process of raw materials, and products
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM)/Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL)
• Knowledge of quality testing perimeters
