Manager (HR & ADMIN)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing HR and administration operations that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws.
  • Guideline the disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
  • Implementing and reviewing training programs to meet specific department needs. Working closely with various departments in coordinating role, assisting managers to understand and implementing related policies and procedures.
  • Provide day to day administration and support services to the employees relating to Safety, Security, Health, Transport, House Keeping & Canteen.
  • Carry-out necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
  • Performing any kind of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.

Educational Requirements

  • Post Graduation / MBA in HRM/ PGDHRM will be given preferences
  • Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill, Sound Knowledge of Labor Law.

Additional Requirements

  • Should have experience on directly dealing with top Management
  • Able to work under pressure, sound knowledge on Labor Law
  • Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge on Payroll software & ERP /Good Command on English & Computer.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 6-8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Administration, Bangladesh Labor Law, Communication skill, Core HR Knowledge, Human Resources & Development, Leadership, Policy Development, Strategic Planning, Training & Development.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Location: Dhaka
