Job Responsibilities
- Active energetic individual possessing experience in client management and deal closure.
- Prepare action plans for team and individuals for generation of successful sales leads and potential prospects.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target and Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.

Educational Requirements
- Post Graduation / MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 year(s)
- Proven track record in selling High-end (Exclusively Luxurious) apartments and commercial space.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate Marketing & Sales / Residential & Commercial space sales.
- Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, Customer Relation, Excellent communication skill, PRESENTATION SKILLS
Additional Requirements
- Good communication & Negotiation skills
- Ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties
- Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
- Must have the ability to coordinate sales activities (Internally & Externally)
