Job Description/ Responsibilities
- To ensure the quality of the product and also supervise, monitor, and mentor machine operators to meet established safety, production, and delivery goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly operating report shall show information regarding plant efficiency, consumptions, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage factor and operational trend capability.
- Develop a rapport with each operator through daily interactions that build trust and promote open lines of communication.
- Facilitate teamwork between and within process work cells while fairly applying policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Provide leadership through tactical decision making. This includes responding in a timely manner to staffing shortages, material outages, maintenance issues, and other unplanned downtime in order to maintain stable operations.
- Demonstrate strong and consistent support for workplace safety. Set the example by supporting initiatives, actively engaging every operator in AFL’s safety culture, and exceeding Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) objectives.
- Track, monitor, and share team and individual operator performance metrics. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Execute sustainable action to accelerate progress and close deficiencies.

Education: BSc in EEE/BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 1.At least 03(three) year s 3.The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: reputed cable industry limited and managerial skills.
