As part of the implementation of the Endline Evaluation of Strengthening smallholder farms and rural enterprises to better cope with climate change in the vulnerable Haor region of Bangladesh (BGD- 1032) project. Titled: Endline Evaluation of “STRENGTHENING SMALLHOLDER FARMS AND RURAL ENTERPRISES TO BETTER COPE WITH CLIMATE CHANGE IN THE VULNERABLE HAOR REGION OF BANGLADESH” the Non-Governmental Organization Welthungerhilfe (WHH) Bangladesh is seeking a consultant or study Firm to conduct a “Endline Evaluation’’
