Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager - Business Development

The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Business Development at TechDynamic leads our customers into the digital age. Reporting to Division Head for Cloud and Managed Services, our Assistant Manager engages new customers, builds, identifies, drives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes. They drive Digital Transformation business opportunities for our Enterprise clients leading to multi-Cloud,On-Premise and Managed Services engagements. Using relationship, value and solution selling methodologies, they partner with our product teams, client facing units, technical and presale team to identify, qualify, engage and drives the opportunities to closure.    


  • Understanding customer’s business, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization in Enterprise Sales
  • Focusing on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through Cloud as an IT Transformation initiative
  • Engaging effectively across all levels in a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives on Cloud, On-Premise and Managed Services
  • Upon qualification, develop a meticulous pursuit plan to progress the opportunity to closure
  • Preparing and delivering high impact sales presentations and proposals
  • Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
  • Will be responsible for quarterly revenue and profitability targets

The ideal candidate should possess

  • BBA / MBA preferably MIS degree / BSC in Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline with 3 - 4 years of IT/Technology sales experience
  • Possess knowledge on Cloud Technologies and Platform (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Proven sales track record in selling Cloud, Managed Services and On-Premise Infra
  • Strong Project Management, Solution and Value selling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous in progressing sales
  • Understanding of client business case and/or base case
  • Relationship Management
  • Ability to work as a team
