We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Marketing who`ll lead all our marketing activities. The job responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential ideally from a competitor or company operating in a similar market.
- Monthly target oriented .
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
- Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications.
- An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams.
- Significant experience of managing a team delivering marketing plans and activity and achieving measurable impact.
- Experience of overseeing complex marketing strategies, across a range of channels and products or services .
- Track record of creating, delivering and evaluating integrated marketing plans, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, and working in a matrix structure to deliver planned outcomes .
- Experience of working across an organisation to guide and support the achievement of coherent external messaging and a strong brand identity.
- Experience of managing budgets
- Planning overall sales, marketing ,Sales budget ,distribution and branding strategy.
- Develop & ensure segmentation,competitive analysis / market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation,product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness , strategic planning, service units,revenue retention and growth.
- To monitor for carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
- Create product road map.
- Develop underdeveloped market as new market opportunity.
- Ensure proper planning & execution to retain existing customers.
- Ensure Maximum output from each and every marketing team.
- Monitor Existing client with effective cooperation.
- Monitor monthly report over existing customer with their feedback.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Monitor whole process of work order & PO’s .
- Monitor in maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
- Monitoring competitor activity and plan for preventive action
- Any kind of task that management required

- Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- Age 35 to 48 years
- Must have experience at least 10 year(s)
