Job Context
- The position requires extensive travel both in and out side of Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur.
- Ready to go to the manufacturing units in various places within the country.
Job Responsibilities
- Promoting TUV Rheinland brand to new clients by arranging meeting with buying house, agent office, garments factories as well as publish advertising on social media like Facebook or Linkedin.
- Execute Marketing campaign as a part of marketing and advertising strategy in territory based business like Narayanganj, Savar and Gazipur.
- Do market research to observe the business trends as well as find out competitor’s information to make internal strategy as well as develop new service offer to clients.
- Develop and implement proper promotional channel to outreach targeted customer effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain regular customer visit to develop new customers as well as retain existing customers for Scandinavian and Asia region to ensure achievement of individual and overall company sales target.
- Updating Salesforce in regular basis to keep proper tracking of Marketing and promotional activities as well as lead generation for new business opportunity and handling customer query.
- Perform periodic customer survey to know their opinion on existing service and support. Also asking for their opinion and suggestion to improve the existing service.
- Prepare report along with presentation on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per marketing and promotional activity requirements.
- Organizing workshop, seminar, webinar and training as cross selling activity for publicity of company’s service offers like training, social audit, Sustainability, Environmental audit and certification.
- Participate in business and education fair to promote company’s service as well as create social awareness regarding environmental impact from hazardous chemicals release like carbon emission, Detox by providing brochures, annual reports.
- Assist the team in preparing newsletter, article and advertising publication on local newspaper and textile magazines to promote company’s brand value.
- Handling existing and new customer query over phone or email for service query, submitting price quotation and ensuring after sales service.

Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university. Or candidates having Bachelor Degree in Textile Technology along with MBA major in Marketing will also be considered for this position.
- Skills Required: Business/ Product Development, Buyer Handling
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Should be self-motivated, proactive & positive attitude
- Should be a Team Player
- Existing Relationships & People Skills
- Confident & strong capability to hunt or bring new businesses

- 3rd party Garments Testing companies, Garments, Garments Accessories Company,
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 36 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Experiences in 3rd party Garments Testing companies will be given preference.
- Computer literacy (MS office with good typing speed, internet & email) is must.
- Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English is highly required.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Maintaining integrity, high morale, personal & business ethics.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
- Represent company by professional, skilled and high ranked services to the client.
