Educational Requirements: Graduate/ Masters from a well reputed University. However, candidates having Textile/ Engineering/ Chemical/ Environment or science background/degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire, HR, Labor Counselling, Quality Control/ Audit.
Additional Requirements:
- Having any certification like SA8000, WRAP, BSCI will preferred.
- Maintaining integrity, high morale, personal & business ethics.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
- Represent company by professionalism, skills and high ranked social compliance audit services to the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check periodically (daily) audit authorized in BSCI/WRAP/SMETA database and collect other CSR audits forecast from sales team.
- Contact the customer (producer) to collect latest information in prescribed template about location, manpower and type of audit etc.
- Cross check of information collected via prescribe template with concern platform / database where auditee information already exists.
- Calculate audit man-days required and cost involved as per available guidelines.
- Coordinate with SAP/Finance/Sales team to issue the quotation following corporate guidelines/four eye principal.
- Follow-up with customer for contract acceptance and advance payment.
- Update concern database (like BSCI, ICMS) or excel based schedule for audit scheduling progress and/or any delay from customer response. Also update once audit team and dates are finalized.
- Maintain ICMS for applicable audits as per guidance.
- Schedule audits following audit resource capacity and maintain auditor utilization sheet.
- Communicate with audit team for necessary audit planning and logistic arrangements.
- Communicate with customer in case of fully announced audits and written confirmation of window period in case of semi-announced audit through mail and/or concern audit database/platform.
- Handle queries from RSP, customer and other stakeholder about auditing process and progress.
- Coordinate with audit team and technical reviewer to track audit reporting progress; timely performance, quality performance, number of reviews.
- Maintain MIS: report status, monthly auditor time sheet, weekly and monthly report, sales record to meet target, daily sales status update.
- Handle other special task assigned by LFM/LSM. Create and maintain a good dialogue with the global sustainability department.
- Communicate with current and potential clients to determine needs and resolve issues.
- Preparing invoice and audit schedule.
