Job Context

Job responsibilities:

• Perform Test and prepare reports.
• Test data sheet reviewing capacity including mechanical testing.
• Check the correctness of test methods and accuracy of test results.
• Maintain housekeeping routines in the laboratory.
• Support to prepare internal documentation of Audit.
• Review the tested data and sign before sending tothe desinated department.
• Ensure the internal TAT meet and the follow up the express and urgent test.
• Ensure the test conducted as per standard and buyer instruction.
• Perform textile testing and result consolidation.
• Ensure the competence of the subordinates and the accuracy of the test reports.
• Observe testing requirement and instrument in good conditions.
• Report for damage/breakdown of equipment and any equipment past the due date of calibration.
• Carry research and development for the new tests assigned by the seniors.
• Assist superior to develop and review new testing procedure and methods.
• Conduct test and ensure the accuracy of tested data as per standard and buyer instruction.
• Prepare report as per method or buyer manual.
• Perform other job-related assignments as required/ assign task.
• Assist Supervisor to develop new test method, to keep documentation & record updating and to verify the consumable and availability of consumables.
• Working experience in dimensional stability test and washing machine operation.
• Must be expert in appearance assessment and shrinkage measurement.
• Overview testing requirement and instruments in good conditions.
• Capable to develop new test method and willing to take challenges.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree In Textile Engineering/ Bachelor in Science / Master's in Science in any subject

Experience Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant working experience in Physical Laboratory of 3rd Party company’s will be given priority.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Third Party Auditor (Quality/ Health/ Environment/ Compliance)

Additional Requirement:

• Good communication skills, Computer Skills, Good Command in English Language, Team building and supportive, Positive mentality, able to work under high load etc.
• Adaptability of any changes / new instructions from superior

Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka
