Educational Requirements: Graduate/ Masters from a well reputed University. However, candidates having Textile/ Engineering/ Chemical/ Environment or science background/degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire, HR, Labor Counselling, Quality Control/ Audit.
Additional Requirements:
- SA 8000 Basic is a must in addition to BSCI upgrade course and/or SA8000 Advance course will be preferred.
- ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 will be preferable.
- Thorough knowledge in local labor law, wage and safety laws; labor contracts; client code of conduct; and international human rights standards.
- Maintaining integrity, high morale, personal & business ethics.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
- Represent company by professional, skilled and high ranked social audit services to the client.
- Consult and coordinate with Operations Manager, Quality Assurance and other personnel to better understand the clients' needs.
- Maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide quality service solutions to customer demands.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare audit plan for CSR audit (e.g. WRAP, SMETA, Code of conduct, ICS, BSCI, etc.) and lead, assign & coordinate member auditor activities as per schedule with high quality and integrity.
- Act as lead auditor for approved audit scheme and Conducting Opening and Closing meeting.
- Verify and collect objective evidence and conduct interview as per guidelines.
- Prepare and submit audit report in to report reviewer for review maintaining report preparation TAT.
- Address report review remarks maintaining TAT.
- Check business emails regularly and response to the queries as appropriate or refer to the concerned person.
- Coordinate with scheduling team for day to day operation, audit scheduling and logistics support.
- Handle conflict/dispute related to audit activities.
- Regular access to audit initiative database like BSCI, ICS, WRAP etc.
- Participate in company provided/sponsored training programs as per training need.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and secrecy of business and customer related information for complying with Code of Conduct (Business Ethics) of relevant organization.
- Notify if any violation/breach of Code of Conduct is being observed as per TÜV corporate guidelines or compliance/integrity requirements.
- Enter service hours and travel expenses in Time Sheet.
- Provide necessary inputs or support in customer compliant, if any arise.
- Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to best support to the team leader/team member(s) of an audit.
