Job Context: TMSS is one of largest national level social development organization. TMSS Grand Health Sector invites application for the vacant post under finance department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial activities of the TMSS Grand Health Sector.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and periodical financial statements, financial report & AIS.
- Ensure internal and external financial & Audit, compliance.
- Prepare and analyze yearly Budget & present budget variance through Budgetary control.
- Supervise to prepare and maintain financial transaction records in respect of payment.
- Monitoring Capital Expenditure, fund management & keep records of the TMSS Grand Health Sector.
- Ensure to reconciliation all inter organization transaction including banks.
- Provide information to the sector head about financial expenses.
- Smartly perform cash management and fund Management.
- Account Receivable and A/C Payable Management.
- Supervise and assist all accounts and finance personnel for their daily work as to run the department smoothly.
- Analyze cash flow, cash control and expenses to guide management by identifying potential weak area.
- Smartly handle any crisis moment through Leadership attitude.
- Responsible for arranging and executing monthly meeting.
- Prepare new project Feasibility report.
- Prepare reports as per need of management.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Masters in Accounting or MBA (Major in Finance/Accounting). ACCA/CMA/CA (Partly Qualified) candidates will be given preference.
Experience Required: The applicant should have minimum 08 year(s) of experience in maintaining accounts by software & manually in health sector/related organization.

- Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet is required.
- Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis & decision making.
- Ability to work under pressure with the ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills both in English & Bengali.

Salary: As per Pay Scale TMSS consolidate salary Tk-51,060/-, in provision period will be paid Tk-41,400/-
