Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee and co-ordinate security efforts across the branches of the Bank.
  • Ensure Bank's physical, electronic security along with employees' safety.
  • Ensure proper security arrangements and monitor bank's security guards control and management, bank incident and events security.
  • Execute and train Banks employee about fire safety.
  • Good commanding and control capability over the security department of the bank.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate security efforts across the branches of the Bank.
  • Oversee and Management of all Security Guards of the bank.
  • Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and delicately.
  • Manage protection of bank premises against unauthorized and illegal intrusion and safeguard the properties and assets contained therein.
  • Identify pilferage, security lapses, administrative issues, and any other irregularities in the premises and report and coordinate actions.
  • Conduct gunnery related works on behalf of the bank.
  • Conduct regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the bank to establish and maintain full security control.
  • Maintain good relations with local law enforcement agencies.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks to be assigned by the Management time to time.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Masters in any discipline at any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination. However, retired commissioned defense officials are encouraged to apply.
  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good command over English is desirable.
