Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Branch Profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Assets and Liabilities.
  
• Maintain a high quality portfolio.
  
• Monitor market & competition indicators and formulate strategies to acquire new relationships and maintain existing client to increase profitable market share.
  
• Build reputation of the Company by providing excellent service.
  
• Managing important stakeholders including social opinion leaders, government administration.
  
• To manage a big or moderate level Branch which involves growing business in terms of the Investment, deposit, customer base and revenue.
  
• Ensure high quality service to both internal and external customers of the branch.
  
• Manage all other activities of the branch with high ethical standard and complying with both internal and external compliance.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Post-Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business background) from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.75 in any examination.
  
• Minimum 06 years of working experience in any reputed commercial bank with adequate managerial experience
  
• Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Trade Finance, Operations and Investment Management
  
• Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
  
• Incumbent needs to be all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, Team Management, sound knowledge base in Investment, Foreign Trade & General Banking.
  
• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  
• Incumbent must have excellent relationship management skill. Must have the leadership skill to lead the team from front.
  
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
  
• Must be willing to work in any branch of the bank
  
• Age should not exceed 40 years as on 30.11.2021.
