1: Name of the Position: Branch Manager

Designation: AVP/SAVP/VP/SVP/EVP/SEVP

Required for Dhaka/Chattogram/Khulna/Sylhet/Rajshahi (Applicants must apply for only one Region).

Educational/Professional Requirement:

  • Must have Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in commerce background) from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Manager.
  • Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade.
  • Must have Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
  • Must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
  • Age should not exceed 53 years as on 01.07.2019.

2: Name of the Position: Principal of Training Institute

Designation: VP/SVP/EVP/SEVP

Required for Dhaka.

Educational/Professional Requirement:

  • Must have Master’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
  • Should have at least 12/14 years of experience respectively in any scheduled commercial bank.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Principal of Training Institute in any Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade.
  • Must have Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
  • Must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
  • Age should not exceed 50 years as on 01.07.2019.

Essentials, duties, and responsibilities:

  • Formulating annual training calendar.
  • Designing training schedule of the course/workshops as per training calendar.
  • Organizing training / workshops.
  • Designing the course curriculum in assistance with Management and Head of HR.
  • Developing reading materials and comprising training books.
  • Conducting participants’ evaluation.
  • Ensuring IT based teaching along with using modern training aids.
  • Preparing TNA with Head of HR.
  • Maintaining training database.
  • Formulating Training budget.
  • Coping with new issues and technologies on banking and launching training programs accordingly.
  • Making correspondences and preparing reports relating to training.
  • Maintaining close contact with HR Team on soft skills and regular banking trainings.

3: Name of the Position: Credit Executive

Designation: SAVP/VP/SVP

Required for Branches as Head of Credit Department

Educational/Professional Requirement:

  • Must have Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in commerce background) from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Head of Credit Department at Branch/Head Office level.
  • To be well conversant with credit policies, process, procedures & credit documentation including BASEL-III compliance.
  • Abilities to prepare Credit proposal, Financial Statement Analysis, Borrower Selection and Project Evaluation etc.
  • Must have Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
  • Age not exceeding 45 years as on 01.07.2019.

4: Name of the Position: Foreign Exchange Executive

Designation: SAVP/VP/SVP

Required for Branches as Head of Foreign Exchange Division

Educational/Professional Requirement:

  • Must have Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in commerce background) from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Head of Foreign Exchange Department at Branch.
  • To be well conversant with works related to Foreign Exchange & Trade Finance desk at Branch/Head Office
  • Overall knowledge on ICC publications UCP/URC/URR/ INCOTERMS and Guidelines for Foreign Exchange transactions, Import and Export policy order in force etc.
  • Must have Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable
  • Age not exceeding 45 years as on 01.07.2019.
