Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations of an IT & Technology firm are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and ensure best practices
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategic decisions considering digitized products
  • Perform quality controls, set & monitor production KPIs
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Oversee team reporting & training
  • Work with the senior stakeholder/board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership in digitized  products/industry  (EdTech, BPO firm, IT Firm and other related industry)
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and team members.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability to transform million with digital soft products
  • Outstanding organizational skills

Working Schedule:

  • Weekly: 5 days.
  • Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
