The recruitment will be made in the following positions:

1.  Database Administrator (DBA)

Job Experience and Technical Competencies:

Candidate should have 7 to 8 years practical experience as Oracle DBA with a very good understanding of Oracle design, architecture, security & performance tuning. Experience in implementing and maintaining Oracle RAC and Data Guard solution in a large heterogeneous production environment. Candidate must be familiar with Other Databases - Postgres/MySQL/ SQL Server/MariaDB/Enterprise DB. Candidate should also have knowledge about Oracle Advanced Security options, Business Intelligence (BI) DB-Vault, Database Firewall, performance tuning, Backup, etc. will be considered as an added advantage.

Oracle Certified Professional Certification (OCP) for Oracle 11g/12c track  or any other relational Database certification will be preferred.

2. Information Security Specialist

Candidate should have a minimum 5 years experience in managing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solution, analyzing Logs and Events, preparing IT Security Policy and various processes/procedures, conducting VA-PT, Risk Assessment, privilege Access Management, and other Security Related Procedure

CEH/ISO 27001 or any other Information Security related certification will be preferred.

3.  Data Center Manager

Candidate should have a minimum 4 to 6 years practical experience in managing Data Centre and DRS ( Disaster Recovery Site). He/She should have knowledge on Standards and Best Practices ( Standards, Guidelines and Methodologies, Data Centre Design/Life Cycle Overview, Standards and Rating Level Definitions, Generators, UPS Systems, Raised Floor/Suspended Ceiling, Power Infrastructure, Cooling Infrastructure, Equipment Racks, Water Supply, Fire Protection, Physical Security and Safety, Auxiliary Systems, Operational Considerations ,cabling standards, mission-critical environments) of an ideal Data Center Management.

Candidate having Datacenter related certification (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, CDRP, CTDC ) will be preferred.

4.  System Administrator

Candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of practical experience in OS Unix, Linux, Windows.   Have vast knowledge Installation, Troubleshooting & administration of Active Directory, File Server, HyperVisor like  HP-UX VSE, VMware, Hyper-V, Storage like DAS, NAS, SAN, and Backup System.

System Administration related certification on IBM AIX, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Solaris will be preferred.

5.  Hardware Engineer

Candidate should have a minimum 5 years practical experience in Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Printer, UPS, as well as Operating Systems, like Windows/Linux.

A+ or Hardware related certification will be preferred.

6. Roster Duty Officer

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4  years practical experience in Network and Security monitoring using different monitoring tools. He/She should have knowledge of Basic Networking, Operating Systems, and server and network Log analysis.

Academic Qualification for all the above-mentioned Posts:

Graduation/Master’s degree in the discipline of CS, CE, CSE, Applied Physics and Electronics, ICE, EEE, ETE or any equivalent degree from a reputed university with minimum 2 (two) First Division / Class / Equivalent GPA / CGPA and no 3rd Division / Class / Equivalent GPA/CGPA in academic result.

Selection Criteria: Only short-listed candidates will be called for Interview.

Compensation Package: 

Attractive Compensation Package with fringe benefits will be offered to the deserving Candidates according to the Bank’s recent pay scale.

The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on a non-judicial stamp valuing Tk. 300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years with certain conditions
