BPO Supervisor (USA Based Organization)

PrimeSync Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced BPO Supervisor to join our growing team in Bangladesh. As a BPO Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our operations in Dhaka. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of BPO services while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of BPO agents to achieve performance goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement improvements and best practices.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the management of budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for the BPO operations in Dhaka.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an English medium background (mandatory).
  • Skills Required: BPO, International Call Center

Experience Requirements

  • At most 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • BPO, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Previous experience in a BPO or international call center will be an advantage.
  • Must have a deep understanding and knowledge of English writing, reading, and speaking, with language skills equivalent to a native speaker.

Salary

  • Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
  • The salary range for this position is 40,000 to 70,000 BDT per month, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
