Job Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT appliance.
- Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Mikrotik, Switch, Routers, PC, Laptop, access point units, UPS related Hardware and software issues instantly.
- Solid understanding of server operating systems including Linux and Windows servers, application servers and relational database servers.
- Maintain inventory for all hardware and software assets.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering/IT.

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Certification on CCNA in preferable.
- Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Coral Draw, Web Development: Basic Knowledge in HTML,PHP, etc. will add advantage.
Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan)
Salary: TK.20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
