Job Responsibilities:
- Should be able to make and update related HR policies.
- Marinating good liaison and coordinate with all Departments for smooth implementation of HR policies.
- Should maintain personal files and keep those updated with relevant entries.
- Plan and conduct induction training for the new employees.
- Looking after the attendance, payroll, Leave and final settlement of the employees.
- Should be able to initiate and complete performance appraisal process every year, evaluate the appraisal report and formulate Training need analysis for the employees.
- Should be able to make both in house and outsourced training plan for the employees, prepare training budget, yearly training calendar and conduct training.
- Maintain database of due date of fitness, renewal date of tax token, insurance coverage etc. of all transports and necessary actions to be initiated before the expiry.
- Assess and complete necessary repair and maintenance of the transports as and when required.
- Prepare expenditure and efficiency report on each individual transport and make comparative analysis to optimize the cost.
- Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that need according to desire of the company.
- Ensure legal & compliance issues, dismissal & compensation, disciplinary action, motivational factors, counselling, grievance and labour handling etc.
- Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for payment of deferred L/C on maturity date.

Educational Requirements
- MBA with Major in Human Resource Management
- Having a PGDHRM degree will be considered as added qualification
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Must have sound knowledge on BD Labour Law-2006 & amendment 2013.
- Computer Skill: Efficient in Microsoft office application & HRIS.
- 10 years hands-on experience in HR managerial role in reputed companies.
- Experience on training and organizational development.
- Good practical and academic HR knowledge.
- Excellent written and Communication Skill both in Bangla & English.
- Analytical and decision-making ability.
