Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing a sales plan with sales team.
  • Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Targeting Sales objectives along with Management and Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with distributor.
  • Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
  • Presenting monthly reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
  • Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
  • Assisting in hiring, training and developing of new sales members.
  • Ensuring the market coverage by lifting products in every outlet.
  • Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Toiletries

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 28 years

Skills & Expertise:

Motorcycle driving MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Highlights:
